Warranty, After-sales, and Spare Parts
The whole machine is covered for 12 months, and parts with manufacturing defects are replaced for free. Wear parts like screens, pressing bars, seals, belts, etc., are considered consumables and are not included in the free warranty, but original parts can be supplied at cost.
Within China, engineers will be on site within 48 hours; for overseas customers, a remote solution will be provided within 12 hours, with online guidance for self-replacement of parts. For complex issues, coordination with overseas stationed engineers will be arranged.
Original parts are supplied throughout the entire lifecycle of the device. Prices remain fixed for 5 years after the warranty expires, and standard parts are shipped within 10 days.
Installation Training & Turnkey Project
Everything is included, it’s a standard turnkey project. Our engineers will come on-site to install, wire, and run integrated commissioning until the output meets the standard; we also provide on-site training for operators and maintenance staff, covering daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and full process adjustments.
After signing the contract, we will provide complete civil, power distribution, and steam pipeline layout drawings, including equipment load, voltage, steam pressure, and workshop height requirements, so you can coordinate in advance and avoid rework during construction.

Craft & Product Quality
The twin-screw oil press can reduce the residual oil in dry cake to as low as 5%, while conventional machines range from 6% to 10%. Using pre-treatment puffing technology can further boost the oil yield.
The full refining process including degumming, decolorizing, deodorizing, and dewaxing ensures that the finished oil meets national first-grade edible oil standards for acid value, smoke point, and color, while eliminating odor and being environmentally friendly without foul emissions.
It uses low-temperature subcritical extraction with precise temperature and pressure control, preventing the denaturation of heat-sensitive nutrients, fully preserving polyphenols and aromatic compounds, with low solvent consumption and high extraction yield.
